One-Time Property Inspection
Service Description
We're happy to provide single property management visits if you're not in need of a monthly plan. During our check, we'll do an interior and exterior inspection of the property and provide you with an inspection report (as well as any necessary photos) after. Property inspections include: 1. Check + secure all doors and windows 2. Flush all toilets and run all plumbing fixtures 3. Ensure alarm system is turned on and functional 4. Alternate lights on + window shades so home appears occupied 5. Check circuit breaker box for tripped breakers 6. Check heating and cooling systems for correct operation and thermostat set appropriately 7. Check house for leaks (under sinks, toilets, + around water heater) and any kind of damage 8. Monitor for signs of mold/mildew 9. Check all window panes 10. Run dishwasher + garbage disposal 11. Visually inspect rooms, basements, garages for smells, sounds, + pests 12. Water indoor plants as requested 13. Check smoke alarms functioning 14. Check all light bulbs functioning 15. Check exterior of home for any possible siding + gutter issues, as well as seasonal hazards like ice dams and snow buildup 16. Take garbage cans in as necessary 17. Check hot tubs for visible leaks, cleanliness, and correct temperature 18. Start every car at the home + notify you if any service lights are on 19. Take any on-site mail and packages into your home. ACCESSIBILITY Please make sure that prior to our scheduled arrival, both the driveway and home are accessible. Snow removal is not included as part of this service. Also, please ensure you have communicated/provided means for us to enter the residence. We are happy to pick-up and drop-off a key from/to you personally if you don't have a lockbox and would prefer not to leave one with us; the cost is $15 per trip (please contact us to arrange). COST We charge a flat fee of $75 per visit. PAYMENT Payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to contact us at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled service. Cancellations on all services and consultations less than 24 hours in advance will incur a $35 cancellation fee.
