We're Brian + Kelly, the co-owners of Bespoke Properties. Together, we have 20+ years of experience domestically and internationally in the hospitality, property management, homeowner service, and project management industries, from some of the most vibrant cities in the world (Los Angeles, Shanghai, and Toronto) to our beautiful West Central Mountain resort towns. We leverage best-practice techniques from our unique (but complementary) backgrounds to provide residential solutions to homeowners and white glove hospitality to our guests.

After living and working in the Valley County resort industry for several years, providing property management services for nearly 150 homeowners and their guests, we were energized by the prospect of redefining property management in a way that put homeowners and their guests first with an approach that combines data-driven property management and high-touch concierge services.

We founded Bespoke Properties in 2022. As a boutique property management company, we've intentionally scaled our portfolio to maintain the highest level of hospitality and care, with our homeowners, guests, and properties as our top priority.

BRIAN MORRIS

Co-Owner | Bespoke Properties

Brian is a native of Spokane, WA and has lived in Donnelly, ID since 2020. As a graduate of the University of Idaho (Go Vandals!) he has a long-time love and appreciation for Idaho and Valley County.

Brian has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with many of those years spent leading teams in luxury hotels around North America, including Four Seasons properties in Los Angeles and Toronto. He also led the property management department at Tamarack Resort as the Director of Lodging, revitalizing guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Brian's favorite thing about hosting is the opportunity to help create memorable moments for guests, especially special occassions. His passions are service witha smile, Vandal football, and first tracks on powder day.

KELLY CROCKETT, REALTOR® | AMHERST MADISON

Co-Owner | Bespoke Properties

Kelly is a native of Lansing, MI and has lived in Donnelly, ID since 2020. She's a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy (Go Falcons!).

Kelly started her career as an ICBM Crew Commander for the US Air force. She's an avid traveler and spent four years living in Shanghai, China working as an international educator and freelance columnist. Kelly earned her CAPM credential in Project Management and worked for Tamarack Resort in multiple roles, including Director of Strategic Operations and Director of Homeowner Services, where she led their rental and property caretaking programs. She's also a Realtor with Amherst Madison.

Kelly truly enjoys building lasting relationships with clients. Her favorite thing about hosting is trying to find ways to anticipate guest needs to make their stay more relaxing and memorable, as well as sharing her love of the outdoors, good food, and strong cocktails!
